Qëhê-î Fêqê (/ˈqëhɘ/ /ɪ/ [practical; pragmatic] [match (fire)]) is a temperate Town located in the Rëthîvîcêli Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Qëhê-î Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Qëhê-î Fêqê was founded by Tegan Trêmesh, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Qëhê-î Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Qëhê-î Fêqê receives an average of 216 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Overview

Qëhê-î Fêqê was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1191, by Tegan Trêmesh. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Tegan Trêmesh.

Qëhê-î Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qëhê-î Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Qëhê-î Fêqê is buildings are built arround a single crampt packed earth mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Qëhê-î Fêqê's timber-based walls has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

A look around Qëhê-î Fêqê makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes

Two or more groups of citizens within Qëhê-î Fêqê hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.

Qëhê-î Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

In Qëhê-î Fêqê most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.
